4- How many times can I subscribe?

You can register only once.

5- Can my wife also register?

She can if she has a different email address.

6- Are you going to give away my personal information?

Our main policy at CashWind is to protect our members. We are seeking for a cleaner net. We will never share your personal information with anyone. (See our privacy statement)

7- What is a referral?

As a member, you can ask your friends to join CashWind. When they do using your referral link, he/she will be added as your direct referral.

8- Why referring friends?

Referring friends will benefit you both. Your friends will know about CashWind and you will earn money each time they get paid. The more you refer the more you can earn money.

9- Do I earn less if I refer friends?

No. You will earn more.

10- How can I refer friends?

You have many ways of referring friends. You can send your friend an email including your referral link or just tell him about us and all he has to do is to put your ID in the "Referrer ID" in the join page.

VIP Membership is only for those who want to make even more money. You will never be solicited to pay anything. You still can be a regular member and earn money.

15- What are the advantages to become a VIP member?

By becoming a VIP member you benefit from:

-          Level 7 of your referrals

-          $10 from each direct referral who becomes a VIP after you did.

-          Get New Direct Referrals as we are assigning randomly all our members who join Cashwind without a referrer to our VIP members.

-          No minimum payout.

16- How can I earn money?

We have several paying programs. All are explained on our Programs page

17- How can I know how much I earned?

You can check your account whenever you like. You just have to log in and go to "My Account".

18- How do you pay your members?

We are paying our members through PayPeak, an online e-currency. (Open a Free account Now)

19- When do I get paid?

Once you reach the minimum payout, you can request us to pay you. Just login to your account and go to ‘Request Payment’ page and follow the instructions.

20- What is the min payout?

The min payout is $5 through PayPeak.

VIP & Matrix members have no min payout. They can request their earnings even if they have 1 cent in their account

21- In what currency are you paying your members?

We are paying our members in US Dollars.

22- Do I have to purchase anything with the money I earn?

Not at all. We send you the money and you spend it as you like.

23- How do I know if the emails I receive are from CashWind?

You can read on all the emails we send 'CashWind’ in the sender box or info@cashwind.com

24- What is the Ad Readings Ratio (ER/ES)?

It is simply the number of Emails Read / number of Emails Sent to you.

25- What is the purpose of this Ratio?

From time to time we will reward all our members with a 100% ratio.

All accounts with a 0% Ratio and the number of paid emails sent > 10 will be deactivated.

Inactive members will not receive paid emails and will not earn money when their referrals read emails.

26- I lost my password. What shall I do?

On our home page you can press, "Forgot password?" and we will automatically send it to the email address you joined CashWind with.

27- And if I want to terminate my account?

You can terminate your account whenever you want. Just login to your account and press ‘Terminate Account’
